Terms & Conditions

  • Epic Photography owns the copyright to all images and may use them for advertising and promotional purposes without prior consent. When purchasing our high-resolution CD package you will be given a license, which authorizes you to use the images solely for personal use. There will be no refunds given when purchasing a high-resolution CD.
  • Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase unless agreed otherwise.
  • There are no refunds on vouchers after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers are not transferable.
  • Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of the first shoot (for first steps and portrait experience packages only)
  • Vouchers are redeemable once and may used by friend or family members when agreed. 
  • The dates and times available for your photographic session in conjunction with this voucher are Monday-Sunday but may vary from week to week. Please refer to FAQ for opening times. 
  • Epic photography photo sessions may involve physical activity. This is undertaken at your own risk.
  • Payments are to be made in full when the order is placed.
  • Images can be uploaded to the Internet so family members can view them, once you have placed an order over £250
  • When orders are placed Epic Photography, in turn, create commitments with their suppliers therefore refunds or changes to orders can only be made within 48 hours of the order date. 
  • If an order is cancelled within 48 hours the refunded amount will exclude a £50 service charge.
  • In the event of the customer being disappointed with the printed images, Epic Photography will offer to either re-edit the images or repeat the photo-shoot free of charge. This will be subject to the nature of the problem.
  • An order must be placed before booking your next photo-shoot (for first steps and portrait experience packages only).
  • Please remember that children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.
  • We do no longer accept cheques, SOLO/AMEX and Dinners cards as payment methods.
  • Privacy Policy: We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
  • Delivery Policy: Your images and products will be ready to collect from our studio 2 weeks after your viewing session.
  • Refund Policy: We ask all our clients for a £25 booking deposit when booking an appointment. The deposit is taken and credited to the client’s account with us. At the time of the viewing most customers use the booking deposit as part of payment of their order. If an order is not placed, then the deposit is returned to the customer at the time of the viewing session. We ask to give at least 72 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, if not, the booking deposit becomes non-refundable.
