Where do we park?

If you are coming by car, you’ll find two parking spaces directly outside, reserved for our customers. If these are taken, please find a ‘visitor’ or ‘short stay’ parking space elsewhere in Paintworks – they are all free of charge. Just make sure you don’t park in any spaces marked private!

What do we wear?

Our approach is fun and relaxed therefore we recommend you wear casual clothing; a nice pair of jeans and a colourful top will work. Please avoid wearing white or pale clothing as we shoot predominately against a white background.

We always recomend to bring a couple of different outfits for the little ones so that you can get them changed half way through the photo shoot. In addition, you could bring any accesories such as hats or sunglasses.

Can we bring pets?

Yes you can! At Epic Photography we encourage you to bring your pets as they are part of the family and will personalise your images.

How many people can I bring to my photo session?

We are very lucky to have a lot of space and we can accommodate up to 30 people. Feel free to invite all your friends and family.

How long is the photo-shoot?

Our photo sessions are 1 hour long.

When do I collect my images?

Images and products are usually ready to collect 2-3 weeks from placing your order. Please refer to the collection date on your invoice. Please call us if you wish to collect an order during the weekend.

Who owns the copyright to my images?

Epic Photography owns the copyright to all images and may use them for advertising and promotional purposes without prior consent. When purchasing our high-resolution CD package you will be given a license, which authorizes you to use the images solely for personal use. There will be no refunds given when purchasing a high-resolution CD.
